The RTMify Requirements Tracking Template (.xlsx) is a free resource. You may download and use it for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without restriction or account creation. We provide this "as-is" and make no warranties regarding its fitness for any specific regulatory audit.

Website use and conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the Site's hosting or security.
• Use automated systems (crawlers/bots) to scrape Site content for competitive purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting support or requesting invoices.

Accounts

If you create an account to manage license keys or maintenance renewals, you are responsible for the security of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for fraudulent activity.

Relationship to software license

These Site Terms govern your browsing experience. Any purchase of RTMify Trace or RTMify Live is governed by the Software License Agreement (EULA), which contains the specific terms regarding licensing, payments, refunds, and source code escrow.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
